Subjects involving the project: geography, biology (effects on plants, animals), chemistry (pollution , water pH), physics (water temperature , evaporation etc) , geology of the area around (mountain , lake) and computer technology (teachers and students use the new technologies in order to get material related or to write documents with photos diagrams , power point presentation etc ) , learning English .Skills Level:To be able to manage and organize files and directories/folders.Τo use a word processing application .Τo understand the concept of spreadsheets and to demonstrate the ability to use a spreadsheet application ,to demonstrate competence in using presentation tools on a computer , To be able to accomplish common Web search tasks using a Web browsing application and available search engine tools , to understand some of the concepts of electronic mail (e-mail)To improve the ability to write in English.To learn how to observe the natural environment .Attitude Level:To make students and teachers understand the importance and the usefulness of the protected areas and the necessity of their existence.To contribute to the development and cultivation of ecological conscience both in school and local community
